Dr. Hsiao-Wei (Cathy) Wen is a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology and also in the Institute of Food Safety at National Chung Hsing University in Taichung, Taiwan. Currently, Dr. Wen is the Director of the Food and Animal Product Safety Inspection Center. Dr. Wen received her Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University and earned an MS in Biochemistry from National Taiwan University and a BS in Food Science from National Chung Hsing University.
