Dr. Hsiao-Wei (Cathy) Wen is a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology and serves as the Director of the Food and Animal Product Safety Inspection Center. She earned her Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University, a Master's degree in Biochemistry from National Taiwan University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from National Chung Hsing University.
